the animation team were very friendly and encouraging! we really enjoyed the facilities they had to offer, including the pools. we would definitely stay here again.
it appears the resort has invested in expanding the accommodation capacity without ensuring that the shared facilities are adequate for the number of people. there were not enough sunbeds. nearly every day we had to go to reception and ask for extra bath towels after housekeeping would remove the towels and not replace them with enough fresh towels for the number of people in our room.
